Kota Holdings was founded in 2021 in Germany. It operates in several sectors, mainly oil and trading, and since 2025 also in AI and digital infrastructure.
Founder & Chairman
Mahmod Serbast Mamondy was born in 1997 in Germany. In 2021 he started producing lubricants in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and exporting chemicals from Germany. From this work he has experience in commodities and fertilizer.
Today he leads Kota Holdings, which combines these trading and production activities with investments and, since 2025, AI and digital infrastructure.
Start of lubricant production in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and of chemical exports from Germany.
Kota Holdings begins working with partner companies on GPU data centres for AI, including NVIDIA B300 systems.
